Ahnaf Kabir
akn · London, UK
I’m an engineer and founder living in London.
Bio
I’m currently the director of AKN Systems, where I’m building Slate, an AI operating system for operations teams. It runs the Amazon business at GDDigital.
Alongside that, I’m CISO at Auracare, where I was on the founding team in 2023. It’s clinical software for community pharmacists, now in 30 pharmacies, and it keeps low-acuity patients away from GPs.
Before Auracare, I was CTO at Auracle, which brought aural health into the home. We designed Eddy, an electronic ear irrigator, and shipped over 20,000 of them.
I left Eton in 2026, where I was a Rokos Scholar, and was made an Arkwright Engineering Scholar in 2024. I’m going on to King’s College London (BSc, class of 2031), so this is my gap year.
Along the way, I was Editor-in-Chief of EtonSTEM, which I rebuilt for an online audience and which now reaches 1,400 students a month. I also built Agora, a community platform for refugees, and The Pathway Initiative, free tutoring for disadvantaged students. And I design and run this site, along with the small constellation of tools around it.
